Cooperatives are based on the values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity, and solidarity. In the tradition of their founders, cooperative members believe in the ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility, and caring for others.
We provide an assortment of local goods in all of our departments. Such as produce, grocery items, dairy, meats, frozen delights, vegan foods, coffee, granola, teas, baked goods, tinctures, health and beauty products and more. Our department managers research companies and practices as much as possible to bring you high quality, socially, environmentally responsible products so we can support the right people, health and wellness. We also have a very talented organic, macrobiotic chef who prepares fresh food in our beautiful kitchen. He and his assistant provide an assortment of sandwiches, salads, pressed vegetables, kale chips and soups daily.
